Consultations services will be offered as of February 2010.
Study submission for consultation is simple. DICOM images can be quickly and safely uploaded and submitted for consultation using my ftp site. Email me for specific instructions and you will receive a unique user login and password. To ensure security, access to studies uploaded to the ftp are limited to you and marinemammalradiology administrators. Alternatively a CD can be mailed or sent via Fedex for immediate review on receipt.
Studies will be interpreted swiftly. If you require a study interpretation STAT please inform me via email or telephone. Please note an additional fee is applied for this service. A list of consultation fees is available on request.
Telephone contact information is accessible via the IAAAM members directory, the ACVR website or on request by email.
Signalment and history is important for interpretation. Please email me with the signalment and history of the animal or upload a word doc with the information when you upload the study onto the ftp site.
An email will be sent requesting payment for consultation services and is due within 14 days of its receipt.
